Healthy lifestyl is very important for everybody.If you wish to be healthy for your life you must obey these rules;
1 Exercises regularly - Even ashort walk each day can help. The more activity you do the healthier you will be. ( Your blood circulation will be better)
2 Eat abalanced diet - A healthy diet will help you achieve a healthy sleep pattern. Avoid fast food and eat more vegetables. Avoid heavy meals late at night.
3 Minimise caffeine intake -includs coffee, tea, soft drinks and chocolate.If you eat and drink too mach you will get addict , too much suger in your blood and much cholestrol in your body. It can cause severe diseasesuch as Diabetes, Hypertension, some liver diseases and gallstones etc;
4 Avoid excessive alcohol - That's will be addict too and can cause Hypertension, Stroke, Cirrhosis liver and stomach cancer etc;
5 Avoid Cigarette - Can cause Lungs cancer, Gangrene, Mouth and Throad canceer, Stroke, chronic Bronchitis etc;
6 To reduce Stress ( worried) depressed or anxious, seek proffesional help. ( There are effective solutions for these problems) Medical check up once a year at lest.
Take holiday -may be once a year ( have fun ) for relex
Share your feeling ( with your friends or meet with conceller )
Enough sleeping ( good for your memory and decrease your anger
