Healthy lifestyl is very important for everybody.If you wish to be healthy for your life you must obey these rules;
1 Exercises regularly - Even ashort walk each day can help. The more activity you do the healthier you will be. ( Your blood circulation will be better)
2 Eat abalanced diet - A healthy diet will help you achieve a healthy sleep pattern. Avoid fast food and eat more vegetables. Avoid heavy meals late at night.
3 Minimise caffeine intake -includs coffee, tea, soft drinks and chocolate.If you eat and drink too mach you will get addict , too much suger in your blood and much cholestrol in your body. It can cause severe diseasesuch as Diabetes, Hypertension, some liver diseases and gallstones etc;
4 Avoid excessive alcohol - That's will be addict too and can cause Hypertension, Stroke, Cirrhosis liver and stomach cancer etc;
5 Avoid Cigarette - Can cause Lungs cancer, Gangrene, Mouth and Throad canceer, Stroke, chronic Bronchitis etc;
6 To reduce Stress ( worried) depressed or anxious, seek proffesional help. ( There are effective solutions for these problems) Medical check up once a year at lest.
Take holiday -may be once a year ( have fun ) for relex

Enough sleeping ( good for your memory and decrease your anger

My Holiday
I had a great holiday. I went to join Water Festival in Leumeah on April 2010. Burmese, Laotian, Thai and Cambodian people celebrated together. We enjoyed watching their traditional dances. Then a Cambodian monk gave Dhamma talk in english. And all monks walked around the tample and accepted rice packs, noodle bags, candles, candy bags, water bottles, drink bottles and money. After that I bought variety of delicious foods and had lunch with our Burmese friends.
Next day there was a traditional activity to show respect for the community elders. This is our
lovely culture. I felt I was in my native country again.
Time is running very fast. Holiday is over. The school reopen again. I was happy to see my teacher and my classmates. On the first day my friends and I exchanged our holiday's experiences. Their experiences are very interesting. But I was very excited on Friday class because computer lesson was difficult for me. I could not open my blog. I wanted to write what I have done during my holiday. My teacher could not help me too. I looked around other students. They were writting something in their computer very well. I felt upset. I thought what's wroung with me. Teacher told me I typed wroung password. I will try to open my blog again.
Now Ican open my blog because my husband helped me how to open new password lastnight. I am really happy now. I promised I never forget my password.
